In 1975, the Michael N. Stassinopoulos – VIOHALCO (MSVF) Public Benefit Foundation donated a plot of land to the Agricultural Cooperative of Stadio for the erection of refrigeration spaces in order to store and preserve the region’s fruit and vegetables.
It established a police station and a bakery on a plot offered by the Community of Stadio.
It undertook to build the City Hall of Tegea on a plot provided by the Community of Stadio.
It undertook to build a gym on the site of the Stadio Primary school.
In 2018 it reorganised, enriched and catalogued the Library material under the guidance of Alexandra Papazoglou, the director of the Libraries of the Athens College and President of the Association of Greek Librarians and Information Scientists.
In 2017 it equipped all schools in Tegea with computers and robotics systems.
In 2018 it undertook and completed the full reconstruction of the Stadio Health Center, which forms part of the Georgouleio Endowment.
That same year, it carried out maintenance works at the Tegea Kindergarten (furniture), at the Primary School of Stadio (replacement of aluminum window and door frames, restoration of the roof of the gym, painting) and at the Tegea Gymnasium (complete reconstruction of bathrooms).
Maintenance works have been scheduled In 2019 for the Stadio Primary School (restoration of staircase, reconstruction of bathrooms).
In 2020 the construction of Building B of the Cultural Center will be completed, which will house workshops and an exhibition space.
